Laura (Landau) Alvarez is an accomplished photographer and visual artist with more than three decades of experience capturing portraits, events, musicians, and corporate clients. Driven by a deep passion for her craft, Laura creates imagery that reveals the essence of her subjects with authenticity, depth, and intention. Her intuitive ability to connect with people allows her to look beyond the surface, translating their individuality, energy, and story into compelling visual art.
Her creative practice extends beyond photography to include album artwork, graphic design, branding, and website development. Laura has collaborated with nationally recognized artists and emerging musicians throughout the New York metropolitan area, bringing their creative visions to life through a cohesive visual identity. Her work has taken her around the world, where she has been commissioned to photograph a diverse range of events. Her photography has also been featured in numerous magazines and publications throughout the United States and United Kingdom.

Laura Alvarez began her event planning career in 1996, producing corporate events ranging from golf outings, cocktail receptions, and lunch-and-learns to conferences and trade shows. Building on her expertise in event coordination and production, she expanded into elegant weddings and upscale private celebrations, bringing creativity, sophistication, and meticulous attention to detail to every occasion. Most recently, Laura has channeled her extensive experience into producing art exhibitions and live music performances, seamlessly blending creative vision with the logistical expertise needed to bring exceptional events to life.
