Cultural Creatives

Laura Alvarez is a transformational coach, guide, healer, and creative devoted to helping people awaken to their true, authentic selves and the life they are meant to live.

Her work is rooted in the belief that transformation is not about becoming someone else—it is about releasing the layers of stress, fear, conditioning, and limiting beliefs that have kept you disconnected from who you truly are. It is about remembering your own wisdom, strength, purpose, and inner light.

Through transformational coaching, energy work, breathwork, vibrational sound therapy, creative expression, reflection, and intentional connection, Laura creates sacred and nurturing spaces for deep inner exploration and renewal. Her work supports the raising of consciousness and expanding awareness, opening pathways to new perspectives, deeper insight, and a greater connection to the authentic self.

Laura believes that when we quiet the noise, release fear, and become more conscious of the thoughts, patterns, and beliefs that shape our lives, we begin to see what is possible. We can move beyond simply surviving and begin consciously creating a life that feels aligned with who we are at our deepest level.

Her transformational experiences weave together mind, body, spirit, and soul, incorporating nature, energy, breath, sound, ritual, creativity, coaching, and connection. Each experience offers an invitation to release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your inner truth, and step forward with greater clarity, freedom, and purpose.

At the heart of Laura's work is the belief that you were never meant to live your life defined by stress or fear. You were meant to discover who you are beneath them—to raise your consciousness, trust your inner wisdom, and become the fullest, most authentic expression of yourself.

To release.
To awaken.
To remember.
To become.

Laura's work is an invitation to come home to yourself—and from that place, consciously step into the person you were always meant to be in this world.

What We
Offer

Personal Transformation Session

Based in science, The Higher Brain Living® System is a revolutionary discovery that is transforming the way we approach healing and personal growth.
This gentle-touch technique creates a powerful surge of energy along the connective tissue of the body directly into your pre-frontal cortex, energizing and activating the largely untapped potential of the Higher Brain, opening you up to an entirely new way of living.
As your Higher Brain (prefrontal cortex) becomes energized, you’ll discover that you are good enough, worthy enough, deserving enough, connected to and a part of an accelerated experience that is free of limitation—otherwise known as ‘your new life.’ Clients report experiencing better relationships, greater financial freedom, increased work satisfaction, a healthier body and more.
But more than simply a physiological change, Higher Brain Living® offers you the methodology and insight to create a lifelong map toward limitless and meaningful personal growth.

13th Octave LaHoChi

13th Octave LaHoChi is a powerful hands on healing technique that brings in a very high frequency of light. The "La" in LaHoChi refers to the Light, Love and Wisdom coming from the Christ frequency or higher. The "Ho" means the movement of this energy, and the "Chi" is universal life force. As such, LaHoChi energy can be summarized as "healing light of the highest frequencies, filled with life force, moving with the combined intentions of spiritual and human beings to wherever it needs to go".
